2025 Coach Inclusion Summit

The Coach Inclusion Summit (formerly known as the Diverse Coaches Development Summit) is back! This event is hosted by USTA's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) department, and powered by USTA Coaching.

Through the lens of inclusion and belonging, the summit aims to support growth and development of coaches from all backgrounds, providing the tools and resources necessary for them to be successful and help their players thrive.

In 2025, The Coach Inclusion Summit is coming to two locations! In June, the Los Angeles event brought together over 40 coaches from around the country. The second event will be hosted at the USTA National Campus in Orlando on December 5-7. Registration for the Orlando summit is open now!
