The Northeastern Ohio Tennis Association (NEOTA) is a District of the USTA Midwest, which is a Section of the USTA.
The NEOTA serves the following counties:
Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Knox, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne.
