INTENSITY Summer Tennis Camps

Fuel Your Fire. Find Your Game.

Our summer camps provide an immersive, high-intensity environment where players are pushed to reach their peak potential through professional coaching and competitive drills. Whether you're mastering the fundamentals or refining advanced match play, we focus on the mental toughness and physical drive needed to dominate the court.

  • Elite Coaching & Drills: Tailored instruction designed to improve technical precision, footwork, and tactical awareness in every session.

  • Match Play & Strategy: Daily competitive sets and strategy workshops focused on building the "no-weakness" mindset of a champion.

Hammel Tennis Camp

  • Now entering our 54th summer, Hammel Tennis Camp at Longfellow Health Clubs offers a complete junior development pathway for ages 5–17, from first-time players to advanced tournament competitors. Campers build technique, match skills, and confidence in a structured, high-energy tennis environment.

  • Progressive development: Red, Orange, Green, and Yellow Ball, plus high-performance tournament training. Half-day and full-day options at multiple locations, with training in strokes, footwork, strategy, conditioning, and match play.

Tennis in the Parks

  • USTANE runs a program in partnership with Wilson Sporting Goods to introduce kids and adults to the sport of tennis! We have programs all year long as well as summer offerings.
