Mid-South Illinois League Captain Incentive

Receive $100 for every Adult, Mixed, Combo or Tri-Level team with five (5) or more new USTA League Players

What counts as a team?
Any Adult, Mixed, Combo or Tri-Level team with five (5) or more new USTA League players counts.

What counts as a new player?
Any player on the team who is new to the USTA League program (never participated) or has not participated since December 31, 2024.

Where do I report new players and teams?
To receive your incentive, fill out the incentive reimbursement form. Only online submissions will be accepted.

Is there a limit to the number of teams that can be submitted?
Yes. Each captain is eligible to submit a total of four (4) teams for a maximum of $400 in incentives. Please allow 4-6 weeks upon submission for payment to be processed.

What is the promotion deadline?
All submissions must be received no later than November 30, 2026 to be eligible for incentive reimbursement.
