ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERSHIP FAQ

As a part of the USTA’s recent digital transformation, the way a USTA Organizational Membership is purchased and the way tournaments are administered has changed. In order to create a better connection to those individuals facilitating play and business at organizations, moving forward, these entities will be managed by individual account holders. These individuals will initiate the purchase of Organization Memberships and manage that organization on USTA.com.

Organizational Membership Changes

  • The individual who purchases the organizational membership will be referred to as the “Org Admin” and their individual USTA account will be linked to the organization’s USTA account.
  • This individual will have access to renew the organization membership, edit profile information, and manage any sanctioned tournaments in TennisLink run by this organization.
  • In situations where an organization already has a USTA Organizational Membership but no individual is linked to it, the owner can follow the instructions below to link themselves.
  • The Org Admin will also be able to give other people the same level of access (link) to the organization.

Linking Individuals to Organizational Membership

  • To link an Org Admin or any additional individuals to an organization, the individual who purchased/renewed the organization’s membership can go to: https://form.jotform.com/usta1/orgadmin.
  • Once the electronic form has been submitted, an email confirming that the individual(s) has been linked will be sent in 3-5 business days.

How to Switch Between Profiles in TennisLink

  • Once someone has been linked to an organization, they will see a feature in TennisLink to “Switch Profile” on their My Tennis Page and on the main Tournaments page. This gives them the ability to switch between their individual account, their children (if linked) and/or their organization accounts (see below).
  • After switching to the organizational account, they will have access to all tournaments (similar to the previous method of logging in as the organization).

Please take a look at some of these scenarios and if they apply to you, please follow the instructions to purchase and/or renew your organizational membership. If at any time you have issues during your purchase journey, please email orgrenewalhelp@usta.com for assistance. (When sending your email, please provide your name, email/postal address and individual member number (if available) as well as the organization name, email /postal address and member number (if available) to expedite our response).
