CAPTAIN'S MEETING

This mandatory meeting will be held as a webinar and should be attended by the captain, co-captain or team representative, only.  Rules and regulations will be reviewed and any questions will be answered.  The call should last no more than 45 minutes. Teams will still need to have a representative check in their team at captain's check-in and pick up the team info and gifts.

CAPTAIN’S CHECK-IN

Only the captain and co-captain should attend the captain’s check-in. You will receive a captain’s folder with the draw sheets, maps and player gifts for each player in attendance.

Please update your phone number on your TennisLink account.  The phone number should be the cell you will have with you at the tournament.  In the event of rain, we will notify you through the TennisLink Communication Center.
