Northern Leagues Captains

A USTA Northern league captain, is a crucial component to growing the game of tennis and adult league play within our section. They are a primary leader, responsible for motivating teammates, representing the team to external parties, making strategic decisions, and fostering a positive team environment. Their role goes beyond just the tennis court, encompassing strong leadership both on and off the court.

Being a league captain, allows a person to develop leadership skills, inspire and motivate teammates, foster a positive team culture, and act as a role model by demonstrating commitment and strong work ethic. We would not be able to do what we do as a section without our league captains!
