Gold Cup Series

Level 4 - Gold Cup Series Tournaments

USTA Northern California is pleased to announce the NTRP Gold Cup Series Tournaments. Tournaments can gain NTRP Gold Cup Series status by receiving the highest player evaluations from the previous year.

Players playing in NTRP Gold Cup Series Tournaments will earn Level 4 ranking points. The winner of each NTRP division also receives a special USTA NorCal logo item commemorating their win. Any player who wins all of the NTRP Gold Cup Series Tournaments and the NTRP Grand Prix in the same event during the season will be the NTRP Gold Cup Series Champion for that season and will receive an award.

 Each year, up to 6 NTRP tournaments in various regions will be designated as an NTRP Gold Cup Series Tournament.  Player feedback is very important to USTA NorCal and will play a big role in determining which tournaments receive the Gold Cup Series designation each year. Please submit an evaluation after each tournament played.

NTRP 18+

1. March 14-16 – Laguna Creek Spring Classic (Laguna Creek Sports Club in Elk Grove)
2. April 25-17 & May 2-4 – Del Norte Tennis Club in Sacramento
3. July 18-20 – Round Up (Johnson Ranch Sports Club in Roseville)
4. Aug 29 – Sept 1 –San Francisco City Championships (Lifetime Activities in San Francisco)

NTRP 40+

1. Aug 16-18 – Operation Pride (Berkeley)

NTRP 55+

1. March 15-17 – Operation Pride (Berkeley)
