Dartmouth College se adjudica el campeonato de la sección de tenis en el campus 2024
NORTHAMPTON, MA - Dartmouth College demostró ser el mejor de los mejores el fin de semana pasado, superando a 29 otros equipos de tenis de clubes para ganar el 2024 Campeonato de Tenis en el Campus (TOC) de Nueva Inglaterra. Los Big Green no perdieron en el torneo de dos días que se celebró en Smith College y Hampshire College y cerraron su fin de semana derrotando a 2023 campeones, la Universidad de Harvard, en las semifinales, y superando a la Universidad de Yale en la final.
La victoria clasificó automáticamente a Dartmouth para los TOC Nationals, que se llevarán a cabo 3-5 de abril en Rome, Georgia. Dartmouth estará acompañado en los Nacionales por Yale, la Universidad Tufts, Harvard, la Universidad Brown y la Universidad Northeastern, que terminaron del segundo al sexto lugar respectivamente en el Gold Bracket.
Nueva Inglaterra enviará un séptimo representante a los Nacionales como el Club del Año 2024 , que será elegido este otoño.
MIT y UMass Amherst completaron sus exitosos fines de semana al completar el Gold Bracket.
Williams College ganó el Silver Bracket, Boston University ganó el Bronze y Bryant University se llevó el Copper.
