We are a unique and diverse team of people with a forward-thinking and inclusive office culture where everyone’s voice is heard. 

 

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we aim to grow tennis in the Mid-Atlantic by creating fun and inclusive opportunities that enrich lives – both physically and mentally – by connecting all generations with the lifetime sport of tennis.

USTA Mid-Atlantic was selected as a CARE Award Recipient by Northern Virginia Family Service in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 for being a leader in workplace flexibility, employee well-being, and community stewardship in the Northern Virginia Area. For the third consecutive year, USTA Mid-Atlantic made the list on the annual Best Nonprofits to Work for List published by The Nonprofit Times. This year, USTA Mid-Atlantic Section (USTA MAS) not only made it a three-peat for earning a place among the best of the best but nabbed No. 1 overall.
