USTA Mid-Atlantic Foundation received the CARE Award from Northern Virginia Family Service in 2016-2019 and 2021-2025 for excellence in workplace flexibility, and employee well-being. In 2022, the organization was listed for the fourth consecutive year on The Nonprofit Times' Best Nonprofits to Work for List. USTA Mid-Atlantic Foundation achieved the No. 1 overall ranking for the second consecutive year. Additionally, the organization earned the Fairfax County Best Workplace for Commuters Award in 2022 for its telework model and proximity to the Herndon Metro station.
