Honor Bestowed by Northern Virginia Family Service Recognizes Outstanding Community Impact, Family-Friendly Policies,
and Employee Engagement by Northern Virginia Family Service
Herndon, Va., (November 13, 2023) - USTA Mid-Atlantic Foundation today announced that it is the recipient of a 2023 CARE Award from Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS). Since 1992, NVFS has recognized exceptional companies proactively making the Washington, D.C. region a better place to work, live, and play through the CARE (Companies As Responsive Employers) Awards. USTA Mid-Atlantic is among 22 organizations honored this year for having an outstanding culture and employee engagement strategies that create one of the best places to work in the D.C. area.

The honor comes as USTA Mid-Atlantic celebrates a milestone 100 years of promoting and growing tennis in the region. This is the seventh time earning a CARE Award - an indication of how the nonprofit is dedicated to not only improving lives in the community through the sport, but also ensuring a healthy workplace culture.
