Section & District Careers

The Director of Growth & Partnerships is a connector, strategist and champion for growing tennis across the Midwest. Working closely with District Executive Directors, Tennis Service Representatives and section leaders, this role brings people together around a shared vision: expanding access to tennis and creating more opportunities for players of all ages and abilities. From developing growth strategies and strengthening partnerships to using data to uncover new opportunities, the director helps turn big ideas into action. By fostering collaboration, sharing best practices and supporting districts with the tools and resources they need to succeed, this role plays a key part in building stronger communities and inspiring more people to discover a lifelong love of tennis.
