Manager – Twin Cities Adult Play
USTA Northern, located in Bloomington, Minn., is conducting a search for a highly-motivated individual to serve as its Manager of Twin Cities Adult Play. This position will assist USTA Northern in its mission to promote and develop the growth of tennis with specific responsibilities related to USTA Leagues and Adult play opportunities in the Twin Cities metro area.
The Manager of Twin Cities Adult Play serves as the Area League Coordinator for the Twin Cities Metro area and is responsible for the administration, coordination, scheduling, and marketing of the Twin Cities Metro area USTA League program. In addition, this person will lead in the recruitment of players and captains as well as the education and administration of all rules and regulations.ADVERTISEMENT
The Manager of Twin Cities Adult Play must have general knowledge of all USTA and USTA Northern programs while possessing a variety of skills to achieve the strategic goals and core values of the section. Candidates should possess an identifiable tennis background, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, be detail oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office and web application. Familiarity with TennisLink is preferred.

University of Minnesota Club Tennis Team
The University of Minnesota Club Tennis Team is looking for a coach for the 2018-19 season to assist the team in its mission to create a fun and competitive tennis community on campus. The coach is expected to provide tennis instruction to all students on the team, come prepared to each practice with a plan that includes both drills and games, assist students in technique and strategy and work and communicate with the executive board. The team practices two nights a week, and the coach is expected to attend all practices and also has the option to travel with the team, but traveling is not required.
