Director, Marketing & Engagement

This open position is to assist USTA Northern in its mission to promote and develop the growth of tennis through oversight of all marketing and development efforts - including public relations, communications, corporate partnerships, donor cultivation, and community outreach. This position will drive visibility and deepen customer engagement and loyalty at every level. Working in close partnership with executive leadership, the Director must be able to strengthen the brand and develop meaningful marketing content and strategies that

showcase and share the benefits of tennis and USTA Northern programs and services.

Seasonal Tennis Coaches

USTA Northern is seeking Seasonal Tennis Coaches to assist in the delivery of the Tennis In Your Park program. The primary focus of this position is to coach and facilitate the on-site delivery of tennis lessons to beginner-intermediate players. The program is designed to promote health, wellness, and social connections through tennis. Coaches will need to ensure that proper safety guidelines and standards are maintained while providing a fun experience, in addition to facilitating the program curriculum. Coaches should have proficiency in basic tennis skills and be comfortable teaching those skills to youth and/or adults. All equipment and training needed is provided by USTA Northern.

 Minot Park District

Title: Tennis Professional-Cameron Courts Program and Operations Manager

This position directs and oversees all operational activities for Cameron Courts and other outdoor tennis facilities. Responsibilities include planning, managing, and supervising all staff, instructing the public on the game of tennis, pickleball and oversight of the physical facilities and professional maintenance of the courts.

Salary Range: $49,500.00 To $69,500.00 Annually

Grand Forks Park District

Title: Tennis Teaching Professional

Grand Forks Park District is looking for a tennis teaching professional. This position is responsible for conducting tennis lessons and programs for all ages and ability levels and assisting the tennis coordinator with general tennis operations at Choice Health & Fitness. 

Both on and off-court duties are required. This position will occasionally function as MOD (Manager on Duty) and may also function as a member of advisory teams or committees. 

Salary Range: $49,350+ DOE (Grade 15)

Main Hours:   Hours will vary based on lessons, programs, and events.

Title: Tennis Coach-Girls Middle School Team

Benilde-St. Margaret's is looking for a tennis coach for the current girls middle school tennis season. Paid position starting at $1,500.  Practice Dates:

• Tues/Thursdays at Northside Park 3:15-4:30 PM, when there aren't matches.

Essential Responsibilities

• Plan and lead 1-2 practices per week, plus games/tournaments (typically 1 or 2 games weekly)

• Teach fundamentals (groundstrokes, serves, volleys), match play, and foster a love of tennis in players.

• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, and personal growth in alignment with BSM's ethos.

• Communicate regularly and professionally with players, parents, the Athletics office and Head Varsity coach.

• Support administrative tasks: assist with rosters, uniforms, and compliance oversight.

• Attend all designated practices, games, and team events; coordinate with the athletic trainer and AD as needed.
