USTA Midwest Meetings

2026 Annual Meeting

Friday, Jan. 30-Saturday, Jan. 31
Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, Indianapolis, Ind.

Meeting registration & room reservation deadline:
Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026

Dear Midwest tennis community,

It is my pleasure to invite you to the 2026 USTA Midwest Section Annual Meeting, taking place Jan. 30-31 at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. We look forward to gathering our volunteers, leaders and partners from across the section for two days of connection, collaboration and celebration.

The Midwest Facility Summit, a one-day, invite-only gathering for year-round indoor tennis facilities, will precede this year’s meeting. This summit will bring facility leaders together for expert insights, collaborative roundtables and practical strategies to help elevate coaching, culture, programming and marketing.

During the meeting, we’ll keep driving the 35 x 35 strategic priority, strengthening the three pillars of sustainable growth: players, coaches and facilities. We will also focus on two critical areas: supporting facility development and sustainability, and the youth pathway, offering providers more resources and opportunities to grow the next generation of players.

We are also prioritizing communication and collaboration across our leadership groups. Committees will meet throughout the weekend, with opportunities to exchange ideas central to aligning on our 35 x 35 strategy.

On Friday evening, we will proudly host the Midwest Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, honoring three extraordinary contributors to our tennis family: Joe Grover, Kathleen Stroia and Denny Schackter. Each has made a profound and lasting impact on the game we love, and we look forward to celebrating their achievements together.

Please take a moment to review the full agenda and meeting information. It gives you a preview of the meaningful sessions and conversations that await.

I hope you can attend and continue advancing the world’s healthiest sport. Your passion and dedication are shaping the future of tennis in the Midwest.

We look forward to seeing you in Indianapolis!
