Coach Equipment Promotion

Qualified coaches will receive an email from NetGenerationSchools@usta.com to supply their equipment selection and shipping address. *A coach is qualified if he or she is a middle school or high school tennis coach who enters their school team to their profile in the school team area. Such coach (middle or high school) must have a school team showing on his or her school’s dashboard on usta.com. The determination of whether a coach is “qualified” shall be determined by the United States Tennis Association (“USTA”) in its sole discretion.

The first five hundred (500) qualified coaches will receive one (1) case of tennis balls in a color (yellow, orange dot, or green dot, while supplies last) and from a brand (Head/Penn, Wilson, or Babolat, while supplies last) of his or her choosing and either one (1) bookbag/duffle bag or one (1) set of court markers/throw down lines (ARV $100). Offer valid July 1, 2021, until December 31, 2021 or until supply is exhausted. Limit one case of balls, one duffle bag, or pack of court lines, per coach, per team.

By participating in this Promotion or accepting equipment, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Offered and open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec Province) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and are a middle school and/or high school team tennis coach. Promotional period begins on 7/1/21 at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on 12/31/2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) or until supply has been exhausted. Employees of the United States Tennis Association, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, as well as the advertising and promotional agencies and anyone involved in the development, administration, fulfillment, and execution of the Promotion and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of each are not eligible to participate.
No cash alternative. USTA reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend the terms & conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Please allow 2-4 weeks after notification for delivery.
USTA is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled submissions, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. USTA shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate submission information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the submission in the promotion. USTA assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of submissions. By participating in this promotion, participant agrees to release and hold harmless USTA, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives and agents (including any third parties who assist in the administration of this promotion) and the respective directors, officers and employees of each (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability from claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any reward, participation in this promotion or any promotion-related activities. The Releasees do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by USTA or its designee of submission materials. Offer is void where prohibited.
