WORLD TENNIS NUMBER MATCH PLAY PROMOTION

The United States Tennis Association Incorporated (“USTA” or “Sponsor”) 2023 ITF World Tennis Number (WTN) Match Play Tournament Promotion (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia and other locales under United States jurisdiction, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, American Virgin Islands, and other protected territories), who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and who has met the criteria below. 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and each of its respective parents, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, webmasters and web suppliers, and their immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son, or spouse, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household of each of such persons (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive the Promotional Materials (defined below). The Promotion will be made available from September 20, 2023 through December 31, 2023.

To be eligible to run the Promotion and receive the Promotional Materials you must complete the following requirements: (1) Complete this interest form (2) Create a WTN Match play on USTA’s Serve Tennis platform and manage the program on the USTA Serve mobile app (download for Apple and Android); (3) host a WTN Match Play between September 20, 2023 and December 31, 2023; (4) the WTN Match Play must consist of a round-robin or individual match formats with multiple scoring formats, with at least six (6) registered players (players can be grouped by ball color, e.g. green and yellow count for ITF WTN); (5) complete all appropriate Safe Play requirements for the WTN Match Play . 

Upon completion of all of the above, you will receive (i) an ITF WTN-branded Yeti tumbler; (ii) an ITF WTN-branded duffle bag; (iii) three (3) WTN  hats; and (iv) one (1) case of yellow balls, each while supplies last (“Promotional Materials”).  The Promotion must utilize the Serve Tennis platform.

Eligible Participants who qualify to receive the Promotional Materials will be notified by January 15, 2024.

There is no cash alternative to the Promotional Materials.  The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the terms & conditions at any time at their sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Promotional Materials in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one distribution of Promotional Materials per person, per household.  Please allow 4-6 weeks after notification for delivery. 

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled submissions, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate submission information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the submission in the Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of submissions. By participating in this Promotion, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives and agents (including any third parties who assist in the administration of this Promotion) and the respective directors, officers and employees of each from any and all liability from claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any reward, Promotional Materials participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activities. Proof of submission of your registration form is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or its designee of submission materials. Offer is void where prohibited.
