Tennis techniques: The return game
What's more important than a good serve in tennis? How about returning a serve? Get to work on the court with these three activities to help improve your return game. All of these activities require an athletic ready position.
Activity #1: "Side Shuffle" helps you develop sideways movement.
Activity #2: "Trap" helps make contact with the ball out in front.
Activity #3: "Reaction" emphasizes the need for a quick reaction when returning a serve.
Use these drills for some fun and a better return on your game.
