Level 6: Second-Annual NEO Combo Holiday Classic
Register here.

WELCOME back to the Annual NEO Holiday Classic! NEO's Combo Holiday Classic is growing, and will now have eight divisions: 6.5/7.5 Men, 5.5/6.5/7.5 Women, and 6.5/7.5/8.5 Mixed.

Draw sizes will be capped at 16 teams.  Every entrant is guaranteed a minimum of two matches.

Play will begin on Friday at 5:00 PM, resume on Saturday at 3:00 PM, and conclude on Sunday starting at 10:30 AM at Mayfield Village Racquet Club.  Unfortunately, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE PERSONAL SCHEDULING REQUESTS.

Players will receive a t-shirt and awards will be given out to the Champion and Finalist teams. ADVERTISEMENT Snacks will be provided, but please bring your own water/refreshments.  We will have roaming USTA officials on the courts.  And there will be some Secret Santa gifts throughout the tournament!  Ho Ho Ho!

NOTE: Players will use their updated NTRP ratings. These should be published by December 1.

Level 4 Closed – USTA/Midwest 18&O NTRP Sectional Championships
Register here.

Mens & Womens 18 & Over 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 Singles & Doubles

Draw size:
32 singles, 32 doubles.
Each District is guaranteed 2-3 spots depending on their size.  All remaining spots, along with any non-used guaranteed spots will be filled by a first-come, first-serve.  In the history of the event, we have never filled an entire draw, so you are encouraged to sign up, even if you do not have a guaranteed spot from your District.

Best of 3 Fast Four sets, tiebreak at 3 games all (tiebreak first to 5 points, win by 1), lets are not played; No Ad Scoring.

Draw Type:
Each division's draw type will be determined based on the number of players registered.  Smaller divisions usually play a round robin, while the larger ones play a traditional bracket-style draw.  All players will be guaranteed at least two matches, but we cannot guarantee three.

National Championships:

Singles will be held on 3/30-4/2 at the Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego, CA. Doubles will be held on 4/14-4/16 at the Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego, CA.

This tournament is available only to players 18 and older with specific league NTRP computer-based ratings.

NTRP Validation will be the same as the USTA National NTRP Championships. A player can use their current NTRP rating or their previous rating. If the system is not allowing you to register with your previous rating (likely because you were promoted this year), please contact either the tournament director or your local league coordinator to help get you registered.  Self-Rated players are not eligible to compete.

Please make sure you list your doubles partner.  If the system does not allow you to do this, please reach out to the tournament director.

NO REFUNDS once player selections have been made after the entry deadline.

Matches will be played at:
Chagrin Valley Athletic Club
17260 Snyder Rd., Chagrin Falls, OH 44023

Plan to arrive at the facility at least 15 minutes before your starting time.

We cannot contact you unless you provide us with your telephone numbers and e-mail address. We do not receive your phone numbers from the USTA. If you don't provide us with a phone number and email address when you register, we will be unable to notify you about the tournament.

Player Selection Type

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.  Any seeds will be determined by the new World Tennis Number.

Match Play

Players should plan on playing on all three days.  As much as we would like to have a schedule mapped out now, it is impossible to do so because it all depends on the number of players that register.  First match times will not be sent out until the Tuesday before the event.  Draws will not be posted until that Wednesday.

We also would love to accommodate all travel/scheduling requests, but as the event has grown, that has become impossible.  Thus, if you cannot play on Friday, or have any other type of conflict during the weekend, you should not register for the event.
