Social Tennis League

March 25, 2024

USTA Texas supported social tennis leagues are the new way to play tennis for adults. The USTA is offering two types of Adult Social Tennis Programs: Social Leagues & Team Up Events. A Social League is a group of tennis teams that compete locally against each other on a designated day, time and location for a multi-week season. A Team- Up Event is a half day round robin tournament that lasts no longer than four hours. Participants will enjoy 3 hours on the court and a social hour after. These types of social tennis leagues are for all adult skill levels. Each social league offers a happy hour or social event for all players and can be hosted for 6 to 7 weeks a season or for even just a day. If you answered yes to one or more on our Social Tennis Checklist then a social tennis league is right for you.
