About Adult 55 & Over Leagues

Levels: Combined NTRP levels of 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0

Team Match Format: 3 lines of doubles 

Age: 55 years of age or older by December 31, 2026

Guidelines:

• Men & Women are separate divisions

• All levels must have a minimum of 2 teams in local league

• No more than 1.0 NTRP rating difference between individual doubles teams
