Junior Team Tennis
USTA Junior Team Tennis (JTT) is the largest youth tennis program in the country helping boys and girls ages 5-18 get on the court and have a good time. Junior Team Tennis is easy to organize. Only two teams are needed to start a league and it can be played anywhere - tennis courts are not a requirement!
JTT matches players of similar age and ability to a team. Teams are co-ed and divided into five levels of play: 8 & Under, 10 & Under, 12 & Under, 14 & Under and 18 & Under. The 8 & Under and 10 & Under divisions utilize the 10 and Under Tennis format of play, focusing on healthy competition and fun. JTT players have the opportunity to play locally or advance to Sectional and National Championships.
Tennis in the Parks
USTA New England is partnering with local parks and recreation departments, many of which are in Maine, to offer Tennis in the Parks, Presented by Wilson, our affordable and accessible tennis program to first-time and beginner players. We offer youth sessions for players in grades 1-8 as well as adult sessions.
The program will focus on developing the skills to serve, rally and play! Once the skills are there, participants will play fun matches with other players in the program.
