Shelby Rogers beats Serena to reach Lexington semifinals
Twelve months ago, Shelby Rogers XX. On Friday, she earned the biggest victory of her professional career.

Rogers, currently ranked world No. 116, is just the third player with a three-digit ranking to beat Williams in the past 15 years. The defeat is Serena's first loss to a player in that ranking range since she was defeated by France's Virginie Razzano in the first round of the 2012 French Open.
