Another Strong Finish at Nationals
It’s another strong week for Mid-Atlantic at the Adult 40 and Over 7.0 Mixed Nationals Championships on Nov. 3-5 at the Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex.
The 40 and Over Mixed Doubles tennis team from Leesburg, Virginia, PIF 7.0, finished third after winning their consolation match against the Florida team 2-1 at the USTA League 40 & Over 7.0 Mixed National Championships held at the Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex.
Kevin McKeel and Co-Captain John Lee captained PIF 7.0 Loco. Players included were Karen Jones, Lorraine Tacinelli, Jennifer Graham, Ashley Plexico, James Ruffin, Angela Boone, Thomas McCrary, Rohit Munjal, David Viar, Stephen Gotts, Marcia Pokrant, Mike Burgoyne, VI Huynh, Anita Wilson, Rod Young, Elizabeth Font, Cheryl Danner, Paul Lluy, and Nancy Rowland.
