What is the Play Partner Program?

The Play Partner program is a dynamic initiative by USTA Mid-Atlantic that recognizes and teams up with tennis providers dedicated to creating a Fun, Safe, and Inclusive environment for everyone. Whether you're a tennis enthusiast, a local club, or an individual provider, this program offers a fantastic opportunity to join hands with USTA Mid-Atlantic in promoting the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of tennis while growing the sport in our region.

Be Part of a Community

Imagine being part of a network that actively engages in at least one community tennis event annually. As a Play Partner, you’ll join a team of passionate individuals and organizations committed to making tennis accessible and enjoyable for all.

Give Back and Grow

Play Partners commit to philanthropic support through volunteer hours. If you have access to facilities, you can also contribute in-kind donations like court time and meeting space to support USTA Mid-Atlantic events. It’s a win-win—enhance your community and grow the sport you love!

Levels of Engagement

The Play Partner program offers four levels of engagement: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Regional. Each level comes with unique benefits, but all partners agree to:

• Actively support the USTA Mid-Atlantic Foundation Mission.

• Maintain current Safe Play approval for all staff involved in USTA programming.

• Serve as Pathway Ambassadors, promoting all aspects of USTA programming.

• Promote health, well-being, and sportsmanship.
