USTA MID-ATLANTIC SECTION PARTNERS WITH TOPCOURT TO INCREASE ACCESS TO TOP TENNIS TRAINING RESOURCES

Partnership will bring innovative, high quality digital learning to help tennis players improve skills and stay active

Herndon, Va. – June 15, 2021 — USTA Mid-Atlantic Section, Inc. (USTA MAS) and TopCourt today announce a new collaboration, whereby USTA MAS will make the TopCourt e-learning platform accessible to tennis players and USTA Members in the Mid-Atlantic region, naming TopCourt as the official e-learning platform of the USTA Mid-Atlantic Section. This collaboration allows the Section to offer 14-day free trials of TopCourt to the region’s tennis community of fans, players and USTA members. 

TopCourt provides unparalleled access to the lives, minds, and training techniques of the world’s best tennis players and coaches. Through highly dynamic and engaging video content, players, coaches, and fans will be able to improve their game anywhere, anytime, and on any device.

As part of this innovative collaboration, TopCourt will donate one-year paid subscriptions to recipients of the USTA Mid-Atlantic Junior Player Scholarship program. The scholarship program helps youth tennis players at any level - from beginners to advance - pay for tennis related expenses so that they can play the game and gain healthy benefits from the sport. Scholarship awardees can use TopCourt to help develop their tennis skills and gain inspiration from professionals and legendary coaches in tennis.  

“As a nonprofit organization, we are excited to be able to enhance our junior scholarship program with TopCourt subscriptions,” said Twomey. “The addition of the subscriptions will be a unique benefit that may not otherwise be accessible to some young tennis players and we thank TopCourt for recognizing how vital a program like our Junior Player Scholarship is to helping youth develop as players and people.”
