Jeff Rothstein
It’s easy to talk tennis with Jeff Rothstein. The guy has done it all. Rothstein has worked in marketing, and as a junior coach. He’s volunteered his time on USTA Committees. He’s been a Director of Tennis, and is even a member of the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) Eastern Hall of Fame.
Sally Allen
Sally has been officiating for 12 years. She had played, coached and taught throughout her career.
JD Whyte
An official for five years, JD Wyte got his start at the Cryan Tournament, before beginning to officiate USTA League Tennis two years ago. He doesn’t stop there, as he also officiates at the high school level, NJSIAA and ITC College matches.
Linda Miller
Linda Miller played tennis as a child and in college. As an adult, she coached for three years. So it’s only natural that her involvement continued from there.
Bob Long
Bob Long started officiating in the Middle States Section one year ago, but he is no stranger to tennis. He’s been involved in various aspects of tennis his entire life. His roots trace back to the Middle States Section as he was on the Middle States Board of Directors in the mid ‘90s to early 2000s, and thought that officiating would be a good way to get back into the sport.
Melissa Jackson
Melissa Jackson was already a USTA League Tennis player when she decided to become an official in 2001.
Jeremy Dabbeekah
Jeremy Dabbeekah was in his early 20s, watching a match at Wimbledon when he saw a couple of questionable line calls. Immediately he turned to his friend. “I think I could make that call,” he said.
