JUNIOR COMPETITIVE PATHWAY UPDATE
USTA is making changes to the ranked junior competitive pathway based on years of feedback and data analysis. The updates will primarily focus on ranked team events and the selection process for the national championships.
QUOTA FOR USTA NATIONAL LEVEL 1 CHAMPIONSHIPS
Each Sectional Association is guaranteed a minimum number of junior players who will be accepted into the USTA National Level 1 Championships. This number is the Sectional Association's quota. The 2024 numbers have been finalized and can be found here.
2024 TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

Please note that the schedule is subject to change. Additionally, please read our Dual and Late Entry Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy and Hybrid System for Selection and Seeding before registering for any events.
PLAYER NEWS
USTA Midwest hosted a Team USA Player Development Camp at Grand Rapids Racquet and Fitness Club last month. Boys and girls from our section's 12U division were invited to participate. These camps introduce some of the best junior players to high-performance coaches. The camp was led by eight of the section's top coaches who lead players through a variety of drills, point play, games and more!
GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS
A reminder that applications are still open for our USTA/Midwest Tennis & Education Foundation (MTEF) grants and scholarships. These are funding opportunities for juniors and adult tennis players.
