Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Roundtables
The USTA Missouri Valley Diversity, Equity & Inclusions Committee will host multiple virtual DEI Roundtable discussion throughout 2024. These new programs will provide a platform for providers, coaches and National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL) chapter to network and share resources with fellow professionals.
The discussions will be split into two categories: the "Game, Set, Thrive" series will be geared toward adaptive tennis organizers, while the "Let's Network" series will focus on NJTL chapters and volunteers.
Each series will feature one roundtable per month in February, March and April. They will last approximately one hour each and will provide a welcoming, open space for organizers to share resources and other thoughts to help their peers.
