Farewell and Thank You to Jodi Gordon
Tennis Service Representative Jodi Gordon will be leaving USTA Missouri Valley and USTA Heart of America on September 15 in order to settle into a retirement full of well-deserved relaxation and family time.
Jodi began her career with USTA Missouri Valley in 2003 as the Tennis Service Representative for Missouri and then transferred to become the TSR at USTA Heart of America in 2006. For 13 years, Jodi has been a great leader for USTA Heart of America.
Words cannot adequately describe the impact that Jodi has had in the growth of tennis in Heart of America, as she has been the “heart and soul” of local tennis for many years.
Jodi has been instrumental in introducing tennis to Heart of America in many parks & recreation clubs, private clubs, schools, and more. She has promoted countless events and initiatives, from highly competitive adults and juniors, to the new Net Generation, and everything in between. Her knowledge of all programs, grants, and resources was known and appreciated by all.
USTA Heart of America will miss Jodi dearly, and we wish her the best of luck for the future. Thank you Jodi—enjoy the upcoming years & your wonderful grandchildren!
