National Husband & Wife Doubles Championships Coming to OPRC

Sydney Hamilton | June 01, 2023

The stage is now set for the return of the USTA National Husband & Wife Doubles Championship! The tournament, with Open & Combo 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, and 150 divisions up for grabs, returns to the indoor courts of Overland Park Racquet Club June 16-18.

Players don’t need to qualify to participate in the tournament, which will make for exciting draws in each division. Lunch will be provided for players on Saturday.

“It’s such a fun event to play with your spouse. And with all of the combo age divisions, you really will have some good competition with folks your age and skill level," said Tournament Director Scott Hanover.

Registration closes for the event on June 11th and tennis fans are more than welcome to attend and watch the competition.
