Spring Junior Team Tennis Coming to USTA Heart of America

After a successful winter season, USTA Heart of America is hosting a spring Junior Team Tennis (JTT) for the first time!

The league will be divided into two age groups, 14-and-under and high school aged teams, and will be played staring April 10-May 16.

The teams, which are co-ed, are traditionally composed of at least three boys and at least three girls. However, with the strange constraints of COVID-19, there may be some flexibility in those requirements.

Junior Team Tennis has generally been divided into three seasons: winter, summer and fall. This year, USTA Heart of America is expanding that schedule and adding a spring league, with the hopes of getting more players out on the court.

Team registration is currently open, with the league set to start on April 10. For more information contact Rod Zerni, Junior Team Tennis Coordinator at rodzerni@gmail.com.
