USTA Heart of America’s 18 & Over Summer League ready to shine
As the days go longer and the temperatures begin to rise, tennis courts across USTA Heart of America are buzzing with excitement as our 18 & Over Summer League gears up for another thrilling season.
With the late April start date fast approaching, anticipation is at an all-time high—especially with the incredible news that a record-breaking 91 teams have signed up to participate in the league this year. One of the key reasons behind the league’s popularity is teams have an opportunity to play doubles and singles, so there’s something for everyone in the summer league.
The 18 & Over Summer League also provides ample opportunities for social interaction and networking. Whether it’s swapping tips with fellow players, celebrating wins at post-match gatherings or simply enjoying each other's company between matches, the league fosters a sense of camaraderie that extends beyond the tennis court.
Last but certainly not least, there is something undeniably exhilarating about playing tennis in the summer months. The warm sunshine, the gentle breeze, the vibrant colors of blooming flowers—it all combines to create the perfect backdrop for a season of tennis-filled fun.
Whether you’re a returning player or a newcomer to the league, we look forward to seeing you on the courts and sharing in the joy of tennis together.
If you’re still looking for a team this summer, it’s not too late! Reach out to Blerina Boci at hoaleagues@gmail.com to be placed on a team. Here’s to a summer filled with unforgettable memories, fierce competition and lasting friendships. Let the games begin!
