Players Succeeding at Nationals
Kinley Van Pelt and Cooper Woestendick, USTA Heart of America Junior players, have found recent success at USTA National Championship events.
Kinley VanPelt was a finalist and earned a Silver Ball at the USTA Winter Nationals in Tucson, Arizona in the Girls 12s division in December.
Woestendick placed 9th in Singles and 3rd in Doubles (bronze ball) at the USTA Winter Nationals Boys 12s, also held in Tuscon. In recent months, Woestendick has also won a bronze ball in doubles at USTA National Clay Court Championships, gold ball in doubles the USTA National Hard Court Championships, silver ball in singles and a gold ball in doubles at the USTA National Indoor Championships.
