TK: Winning my first L1 and L2 this year, which led me to become No. 1 in the nation.  Also winning the doubles in the 2021 Easter Bowl and got my first Gold ball.

CM: What are your tennis plans for this summer (and for the rest of the year)?

TK: I'll be training for a week at the National Tennis Camp in Orlando, then come back to train at OKCTC tennis camp. I will also play many tournaments.

TK: I prefer singles because it is more dependent on myself but doubles is really fun also.

CM: Have you ever played Junior Team Tennis (JTT)?

TK: I joined a couple of times when I was 8 or 9-years-old. It was really fun because my friends joined the team.

CM: I heard you won a L1 National Tournament. Tell me more about that.

TK: It was my first L1 so I was excited to play. All the kids there were really good. It was pretty cool in the semis because it was my first time having a chair umpire. My coaches helped me focus and stay calm. I played really well throughout the whole tournament. It was a great experience and I had lots of fun. I'd like to thank my family and my coaches who believe in me and make me better every day.
