Congrats to USTA Kansas League Teams Heading to League Section Championships

It’s all come down to this: after a long summer full of fierce (yet friendly) competition on courts across our district, USTA League teams battled it out at the 2023 USTA League District Championships for a shot at advancing to the 2023 USTA League Section Championships. 

 

Teams that win out during Section Championships will be invited to participate in the USTA League National Championships taking place later this year.

 

USTA Kansas is proud to announce the following teams have punched their tickets to Section Championships and will be representing our district with pride:

 

18 & Over:

 

  • 3.5 Men: Team Bharati

  • 3.5 Women: Team Tripp

  • 4.5 Men: Team Whitmer

  • 4.5 Women: Team Kice

 

40 & Over:

 

  • 3.0 Women: Team Power

  • 3.5 Women: Team Angell

  • 4.0 Men: Team Seitz

  • 4.0 Women: Team Jones

  • 4.5 Women: Team Kice

  • 7.0 Mixed: Team Seitz

  • 8.0 Mixed: Team Seitz

 

55 & Over:

 

  • 8.0 Men: Team Shipp

  • 8.0 Men (Wildcard): Team Warkenline

  • 8.0 Women: Team Jones

  • 8.0 Women (Wildcard): Team Lee
