USTA Missouri Captain Incentives

USTA Missouri is now offering monetary incentives to League Captains!

Captain one USTA League team and receive FREE registration! (A $35 value) For each ADDITIONAL team you captain, receive $50 per team PLUS free registration for each team you play on.

Captaining a team means that you (or a co-captain/designated person to stand in for the Captain) are responsible for attending each match, completing the line-up/scorecard at each match, communicating information from USTA Missouri to your team, entering your team’s scores into tennislink within 48 hours of when the match is completed.

In order to receive your stipend, complete the form below and return it to Linda Peters prior to the last match of your league season. You may scan and email it to moleagues@gmail.com or drop it off at Cooper Tennis Complex. Stipends will be awarded 7-10 business days after the final match is played.
