USTA Missouri Valley is hiring!
USTA Missouri Valley is seeking two Tennis Service Representatives, with one to be based within the USTA St. Louis district and one within the USTA Heart of America district.
TSRs are a vital part of USTA Missouri Valley, as they increase participation in tennis by promoting, developing and servicing tennis programs in a designated geographic area through the establishment of strong relationships with the local delivery system including tennis and non-tennis facilities and organizations.
A TSR is to work in partnership with their assigned district to reach the goals set for that year. They work in collaboration with the district to become the trusted resource for tennis while upholding the mission of USTA Missouri Valley to innovate, promote, and grow the game of tennis within a designated district.
This position also assists in creating an environment where all people are represented and served. A TSR is required to provide exemplary customer service, implement events and achieve designated goals, and directly impact the growth of tennis aligning with section strategic priorities and core values.
