Champions crowned at Oklahoma Junior Team Tennis State Championships
The Oklahoma Junior Team Tennis State Championships—which took place Aug. 6-7 at Tulsa’s Case Tennis Center at LaFortune Park, a USTA Premier Facility—were a huge success.
The top two JTT squads from Tulsa and the top two teams from Oklahoma City faced off in a round-robin series of exciting matches to determine state champions. The competition was great, with players demonstrating exceptional skill and sportsmanship. Results are listed below.
The event kicked off with a scorching hot first day, but players and spectators were rewarded with free snow cones from Josh’s Sno Shack to cool down. The second day brought beautiful, breezy weather that was perfect for tennis.
A big thank you goes out to Case Tennis Center’s incredible staff, the event’s official, Becky Riggs, as well as all the players, coaches and parents. Their dedication and support made these two days of tennis truly amazing.
