Oklahoma Tennis Foundation License Plates
Please support the Oklahoma Tennis Foundation by purchasing the special Oklahoma Tennis license plate. The tag is $40, and $20 goes back to Oklahoma tennis. Please download the license plate form and submit the application to your local tag agency, or send the application and check into the specified address on the form.
The Oklahoma Tennis Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life of children and adults, people with disabilities, and others with special needs through tennis and educational programs that are based on health, fitness, character-building and self-improvement.
Donations to the Oklahoma Tennis Foundation are tax-exempt under the Federal Income Tax under Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue code of 1954.
