Want to be an official?

October 31, 2019

Do you love tennis?

Are you interested in giving something back to the game while making some money?

Do you love helping kids?

If so, we have a wonderful opportunity in the St. Louis District. Become a USTA official!

USTA officials work at junior tennis tournaments (both indoor and outdoor) throughout the year. They are on court to help resolve issues, clarify rules, ensure proper line calls and to keep matches moving at the proper pace.

After gaining knowledge and experience, officials may show interest in officiating at professional level events, including the USTA Pro Circuit, ATP World Tour, WTA Tour, Davis and Fed Cup tie and Grand Slam tournaments.

Tournaments generally run Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.  You will be scheduled based upon your availability.

If you have any interest at all in becoming an official and helping, please let us know. To learn more about becoming a provisional umpire, click here.
