USTA Missouri Valley continues partnership with Women Leaders in Sports to develop, advance women in tennis

Women Leaders in Sports is thrilled to announce an extended Enterprise Membership Partnership with United States Tennis Association Missouri Valley. This partnership will support the development and retention of women leaders within USTA through a year-long engagement, providing access to Women Leaders membership and its benefits. Additionally, Women Leaders in Sports will provide leadership training through their National Convention, offer talent recruitment support and develop custom leadership programs for USTA Missouri Valley.

As one of 17 USTA sections in the United States, USTA Missouri Valley serves over 23,000 members across the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma through its mission to grow tennis and inspire healthier people and communities everywhere. Tennis participation has seen growth for five consecutive years. According to the latest Physical Activity Council’s participation report, more than 25.7 million people hit the tennis courts in 2024. Tennis has been shown to have a significant positive impact on the health of participants. Tennis players on average lived an additional 9.7 years than sedentary individuals.
