Foundation Scholarships Awarded for 2024

May 29, 2024

The USTA Texas Tennis Foundation is proud to announce the recipients of its 2024 scholarships, awarded to outstanding student-athletes who have demonstrated excellence both on the tennis court and in the classroom. These scholarships are designed to support the financial burdens associated with continuing the education of these talented young tennis players across Texas.

"We are incredibly proud of these students and their achievements," said Fred Viancos, USTA Texas Executive Director. "Each recipient has shown outstanding commitment to their sport and their studies, and we are honored to support their continued growth and success."

This year, the Foundation has awarded scholarships to 15 exceptional students from various regions in Texas with four named scholarships, all with namesakes of truly exceptional men that had a passion for growing and supporting tennis throughout their lives. Each scholarship winner has shown remarkable dedication, sportsmanship, and academic achievement, embodying the spirit and values of the USTA Texas Tennis Foundation.
