Establecido en 2001, este premio se otorga a un jugador junior por lograr los resultados más destacados a nivel nacional y/o internacional durante el año calendario anterior. Más específicamente, se otorga al jugador de Texas con la clasificación nacional más alta. La selección final se realiza empleando la lista combinada de clasificación final del año junior de la USTA.
