Springfield Local League Coordinator and Assistant District League Coordinator- USTA Missouri

USTA Missouri is looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual in the Springfield and surrounding area to serve as USTA Missouri’s Springfield Local Coordinator and Assistant District League Coordinator. This individual would primarily work with the area players to create and form USTA League teams, as well as assist the District League Coordinator in any tasks. This is a stipend-based position that includes commission-based incentives.

Job Summary:

The Local League Coordinator is a part-time position, responsible for organizing, managing, and promoting USTA adult tennis league in the Springfield area.

Responsibilities:

Planning local league schedules, managing registration, player rosters, and match results using TennisLink, Serve Tennis, and other USTA programs.
Recruiting captains, players, and teams, providing support and training to captains, and resolving player and captain inquiries or disputes.
Promoting league offerings through local marketing and community outreach.
