Officials play an integral role at tournaments at all levels from local community events to professional events by ensuring fair play and sportsmanship. They serve as a Roving Umpire, Line Umpire, Referee or Chief Umpire. Give back to the game of tennis by becoming a USTA Certified Official.

Under the direction of the President/GM, the Director of Tennis is responsible for overseeing the entire Tennis Club operations, outdoor tennis and pickleball including financial stability, personnel, programming, court usage, facility and court maintenance, scheduling, club management system functions and App; all assuring member satisfaction.

Director of Adult Programming at Broomfield Swim & Tennis

 

Broomfield Swim and Tennis is a seasonal outdoor member owned tennis and swim club in the heart of Broomfield, Colorado. BSTC is known for having one of the most active club memberships as well as offering programming for guest participants in the area. 

 

  • Director of Adult Programming will oversee the administrative planning and execution of the Adult Tennis Program.
  • Director of Adult Programming will work with the Member Services Coordinator to create a communication schedule for 2023. 
  • Director of Adult Programming will assist Director of Racquet Sports with the training of Broomfield Swim and Tennis coaching staff. 
  • Director of Adult Programming will deliver private lessons to new students for the purpose of program placement on a as needed basis.. 
  • Director of Adult Programming will make themselves available for the holiday mixers. Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. 9AM-Noon at time and a half holiday rate. 
  • Director of Adult Programming will introduce six specialty events to the club calendar. Ex. Breakfast at the majors. Bring a guest day, Friday night lights etc. (Attendance is not required at all of them)
  • Director of Adult Programming must be available for coaching some nights and weekends.

 

Compensation: 

Motivated professionals will have the opportunity to earn between $35,000 – $55,000 over the course of the outdoor season. Compensation will depend on experience and professional investment.
