Looking to give to a cause that encourages tennis involvement in the Central Indiana community? Please consider supporting the Central Indiana Tennis Foundation!
CITF works to promote tennis among both youth and adults in Central Indiana via grants and programs. CITF places emphasis on grassroots efforts designed to benefit underserved populations. This year, donations will go towards tennis equipment, trained tennis instructors, facility maintenance, and improvement projects.
Current CITF Initiatives include Recycle Tennis. This is aimed at helping high school players who lack funding for quality racquets, shoes and apparel. High school coaches are invited to complete an equipment request form detailing the needs of their teams.
In 2018, the Foundation established two important funds- the Bethany Moore Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Harrison and Shelby Memorial Scholarship Fund to honor the memory of the three young exemplary individuals formerly involved in USTA Central Indiana programs. These funds provide scholarship awards to deserving students in Central Indiana to assist with pursuing their dreams and achieving goals both on and off the court.
