Welcome to the USTA NorCal Tournament resource center. This resource center provides support for member organizations to apply for tournaments, understand the requirements to run USTA NorCal sanctioned tournaments and locate up-to-date training and useful information to host a top-quality tournament.

2026 Tournament Sanctioning Process

Thank you for considering hosting an Adult or Junior sanctioned tournament in 2026. To help you as a potential applicant for a USTA NorCal tournament, we have prepared a set of informational documents. It is important that you review all of the relevant sanctioning materials before applying for a tournament. The documents are as follows:

Adults & Juniors

2026 Tournament Sanction Applications Deadlines:

USTA NorCal will accept applications on an ongoing basis. Bi-monthly deadlines for these applications received after the primary sanction deadline will be January 1, March 1, May 1, July 1, September 1, and November 1. Applicants are required to complete the 2026 Tournament Sanction Agreement (one per year), complete the 2026 NorCal Sanction Application Form and submit site permission letter(s). Only those sanction applications that are approved will be required to fill out the online Serve Tennis Sanction Form. Please submit one NorCal Sanction Application Form for each tournament bid.
