2026 Tournament Sanctioning Process
Thank you for considering hosting an Adult or Junior sanctioned tournament in 2026. To help you as a potential applicant for a USTA NorCal tournament, we have prepared a set of informational documents. It is important that you review all of the relevant sanctioning materials before applying for a tournament. The documents are as follows:

Applicants are required to complete the 2026 Tournament Sanction Agreement (one per year), complete the 2026 NorCal Sanction Application Form and submit site permission letter(s) by the end of August 15, 2025, the deadline for the primary sanction period. Only those sanction applications that are approved will be required to fill out the online Serve Tennis Sanction Form. Please submit one NorCal Sanction Application Form for each tournament bid.

2025 Tournament Sanction Applications Deadlines:
USTA NorCal will accept applications on an ongoing basis. Bi-monthly deadlines for these applications received after the primary sanction deadline will be January 1, March 1, May 1, July 1, September 1, and November 1.
