Regular exercise provides many benefits for good health, and that doesn't stop for a woman when she becomes pregnant. Staying active is an important part of a healthy pregnancy and is good for both mom and baby.

Exercising while pregnant provides a variety of psychological and physical benefits, including:

2. Less depression
3. May help ease delivery
