Diversity & Inclusion grants offer financial support to:
- Athletes of ethnic or diverse backgrounds.
- High performance tennis programs that serve to develop players of ethnic or racially diverse backgrounds OR that serve low-income junior tennis players and enable them to use their tennis ability to secure a college education.

Competitive Travel Stipends for National Competition
Provide funding to a select group of competitive juniors from diverse ethnic backgrounds who aspire to improve their USTA national rankings and better position themselves for top tier Division I college scholarships. Funding will be based on participation in specific 2020 USTA national championship tournaments. ADVERTISEMENT Applicants must compete year-round and have a history of strong national tournament results.

D&I Essay Competition Honoring Diverse Pioneers
The D&I Essay Competition Honoring Diverse Pioneers offers players an opportunity to receive funding for tennis equipment, training and/or travel expenses. To be considered, players must write a compelling essay paralleling the challenges faced by an early tennis pioneer they admire to challenges they face in pursuing their own tennis aspirations.
