2025 League Award Winners

Captain of the Year: Christie Wyzykowski

“I’m thrilled to win this award! Tennis is my passion. Organizing play and bringing people together to enjoy the game is all part of the fun. Winning an award for doing that is truly rewarding!  Thank you to all of my team members over the years!”

Sportsmanship Award: James Robinson

“It's an honor and a surprise to receive the award. I try to be a fair and kind competitor when I'm out on the court but I am not perfect. This award means at least one person likes playing with me, and that's a big win in my book! We have a great USTA PNW AK community in the Anchorage area. I love how quickly our community absorbs new tennis players and the positive atmosphere of our competitive matches. It's a blast playing tennis in AK!”
